Overview
The Data Centre Supervisor is a key position in the delivery of Support Services to Clients. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the Data Centre Supervisor will be site based and be responsible for the delivery of Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC) work and Business As Usual (BAU) works at a client Data Centre (In certain circumstance this may be multiple Data Centre and/or may include some Campus Sites).
Role and Responsibilities
Attend operational meetings with nominated representatives of client. Manage and motivate a team of Data Centre Engineers to deliver all MAC and BAU Service requirements including Ad-Hoc works and faults within the clients Data Centre Provide quotations to the client for additional works. Prepare invoices for the Service Delivery Manager to approve and submit Plan, prepare and schedule works to meet client requirements. Allocate workload to team to ensure timely and efficient completion Organise additional workforce as required (including contractors/sub contractors) Appoint, manage and supervise Sub Contractors from quotation through delivery to payment. Administer security clearances and access Monitor queuing systems and ensure timely completion of works. Monitor SLAs and ensure all works completed within required timescales. Ensure Health & Safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times Ensure Client, Manufacturer and Quality Standards are adhered to at all times Order materials, manage stock levels and comply with purchasing procedures at all times. Ensure all new starts complete their Induction Programme Ensure all staff are fully up to date with company policies and procedures, site / client policies and procedures and all works processes and procedures Hold, chair and document regular staff meetings / briefs Organise and administer staff rotas to ensure required resource available at all times and maintain Annual Leave and Sick Leave records. 1st Line Approval of Timesheets and Expenses Initial informal discipline of staff and escalation to the Service Delivery Manager as required Monitor team and individual performance and advise the Service Delivery Manager on strengths and weaknesses of individuals / team Record, document and monitor all works being carried out Report on all HR issues to The Service Delivery Manager as required Draft, implement and amend as required all working processes and procedures.

Job Description
The BAU Engineer is required to work within a team of engineers carrying out telecoms cabling infrastructure support at Redstone client sites. The work will include all types of patching, breakfix, circuit provision and cessation and disconnect/reconnect of desktop and networking equipment. The position will be site based as required and reports to the Service Delivery Manager with day to day supervision by the BAU Team Leader / BAU Supervisor.
Role and Responsibilities
· Carry out all types of Copper Voice and Data terminations as required by the clients portfolio of cabling systems
· Audit and document existing cabling installations
· Compile patching schedules as required
· Utilise IIM / CMS Software as required for patching planning
· Power down and disconnect all desktop equipment including any peripherals ensuring all identified and labelled correctly ready for reconnection
· Reconnection and power up of all desktop equipment including any peripherals
· Configure D Type Connectors for a variety of applications.
· Carry Out DBAN Disk Wipes by use of Software.
· Carry out all works under current Health & Safety procedures conforming to the clients H&S Policies.
· Ensure all works comply with Client and Manufacturers quality standards.
· Conform to Support / Managed Services processes at all times
· Carry out all types of patching / jumpering including all types of voice, data, fibre, dealerboard and market data.
· Carry out testing and fault finding on Copper and Fibre Cabling Infrastructure (including ISDN Line Tests) using a variety of modern testers to include continuity testers, tone generators and modern cabling standards testers.
· Keep records of all stock delivered and update as stock is used and advise line manager of any requirements, shortfalls
· Carry out surveys and update drawings and schedules
· Install and test analogue, digital and VOIP telephone handsets and provide headset support as required.
· Keep records of all new assets installed and update records for all changes using Asset Management Software when required.

Overview The CMS Administrator is required to work within a team of engineers carrying out administration of the iTRACS database at client sites.
Role and Responsibilities Dedicated single point of contact for the iTRACS administration. Ensuring that the iTRACS solution becomes a fully integrated planning and management tool delivering a more efficient and enhanced level of MAC service to the bank. Undertaking localised, regular perpetual audits to verify the accuracy of the connectivity data. Point of contact for any iTRACS related maintenance issues or queries. Attending the weekly move matrix meetings. Following the move weekend the administrator would be responsible for producing a report summarizing all of the previous weeks activity. Managing any connectivity not being tracked and monitored by iTRACS. This will require updating the database manually and liaising with other departments that undertake any connectivity changes. Configuring, tracking and maintaining any alarms and events generated from the system. Production of user defined weekly/monthly/quarterly reports To inform the Campus & Operations Manager of any Infrastructure Support updates on a daily and weekly basis · A clear understanding of all types of Copper Voice and Data terminations as required by the portfolio of cabling systems
